Forrest Griffin

Forrest Griffin is the light-heavyweight champion of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). He was catapulted to UFC stardom when he defeated Stephan Bonnar in one of the most famous mixed martial arts fights to date to become the winner of the first season of the reality show The Ultimate Fighter, which launched the UFC into the pop culture mainstream. Forrest was subsequently one of the two coaches on Season 7. Formerly a police officer, Forrest is a graduate of the University of Georgia and trains at The HardCore Gym in Athens, Georgia. He was born in Columbus, OH.

Erich Krauss is a professional Muay Thai fighter and the author of more than twenty books, the vast majority of which focus on MMA competition. He is the co-author of “The Prodigy” B.J.
